Estate-grown and produced in a family run-winery in the Alt Penedes, this wine is produced in the champenoise traditional method with only free run juice. It is then aged on the lees for 2.5 years before disgorging. Blend of Parellada, Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Chardonnay.

This Cuvee is made purely with free run juice “mosto flor” from sustainably farmed and hand harvested fruit - then aged on the lees for 2 1/2 years before disgorging
