Champagne is always full of emotions, and moreover in our family, it means passion, the passion of the craftsman-winemaker, growing vines on a magnificent Vertus Premier Cru terroir. A treasure which we have been pampering since 1856. We are therefore the fifth generation to produce champagne wines.

Our collection of champagnes highlights our Premier Cru terroir in the Côte des Blancs in a neat style with a fair share of elegance and freshness. We do our utmost, from the vineyards to the cellars to extract the purest expression of the grapes and the terroir in order to produce champagnes with a low dosage.

Fruit from stalk-stripped Pinot Noir and picked by hand, this vintage reveals the old-fashioned know-how of Veuve Fourny: manual grape-stomping and long maceration.
