Vaughn Duffy is a first-generation family winery based in Sonoma County. The winery specializes in limited production Pinot Noir and other wines spanning Sonoma’s world class range of AVAs. Founders Sara Vaughn and Matt Duffy started in 2009 with just two barrels of wine and a forklift. From these humble origins, Vaughn Duffy now works with renowned growers to craft exceptional small- batch wines that are treasured for their distinct character, uncompromising quality, and the simple joy they bring to life’s gatherings.

Bacigalupi Vineyards is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley. This historic property consists of three different ranches that straddle Westside Road. Grapes from Bacigalupi Vineyards have supplied a vast array of wineries with the fruit they need to make outstanding Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Zinfandel for 65 years. We are honored to be added to this list. The family-owned property is farmed by John and Pam Bacigalupi, who live on the land and are its heart and soul.

The 2023 Bacigalupi Pinot Noir showcases the fruit intensity and sublte earthiness found in the best Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. The aromatics are a complex mélange of black cherry, cola spice, and a damp earth. The silky texture opens up to flavors of strawberry preserves, cinnamon and raspberry. The silky finish lingers.
