Sapaio is the manifesto of a thought. A desired project, a path that has taken shape and put down roots. Sapaio was founded in 1999, taking its first steps where there was only the bare earth. It is listening to the sea, and its dialogue with the land, that translates its vision, an expression of a contemporary approach and a harmonious synergy between man and the environment.

In 2004 the vineyard began to sing. Two wines were simply created. Sapaio and Volpolo, the original guardians of the Bolgherian identity, and interpreters of a high vocation for excellence.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. Fermented in steel. Aged in barriques and tonneaux. Matured in concrete before bottling.
