Winegrowers for many generations, the Raimbault family is fortunate to own vines on both sides of the Loire, in the Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Coteaux du Giennois appellations. Philippe Raimbault, a ninth-generation vintner, is based in the village of Sury-en-Vaux, just north of Verdigny.
The wine presents a bright, pale yellow color with greenish reflections. It features a complex bouquet with notes of citrus fruits, particularly lemon and grapefruit, alongside floral hints and a mineral undertone typical of Sancerre wines.
