Chablis, the northernmost region of Burgundy, is often referred to as "La Porte d’Or de la
Bourgogne." Its historical and commercial ties to Burgundy have been established for centuries. Inspired by this rich legacy, Christopher Cannan founded Europvin and created an exclusive global brand named "La Porte d’Or" in collaboration with the esteemed Chablis wines from La Chablisienne cooperative. This label gained widespread popularity due to its unique character and excellent quality-to-price ratio. Today, we are thrilled to revive this iconic brand and present to you the updated version of the label, available for the below range of appellations.

Ruby color with slight garnet reflections. The first nose is expressive and concentrated with notes of small acidulous red fruits (currant, raspberry). Aeration reveals aromas of candied cherries and menthol. The palate is fruity and spicy (pepper) with melted tannins which
give it a nice structure. There are cocoa and toasted notes at the end of the
mouth which bring length.
