Knights Valley wines are remarkable in their balance, elegance, and length. We have planted our vineyard with the goal of revealing this terroir through careful organic farming. Our low-intervention winemaking tells the stories of our volcanic soils, steep slopes, and varied microclimates. Each Knights Bridge bottling is a reflection of the vintage, offering a beautiful balance of acidity, depth, aroma, and texture.

The 2019 vintage opens with dark fruit aromas of cassis, fresh espresso
crema, and a background of 92% Lindt dark cocoa. The entry is powerful, with
exuberant flavors of wild black and blue berries. A lingering finish with notes
of roasted nutmeg, vanilla, and medium-roast coffee complemented by floral
accents leaves you in a state of pure enjoyment between the last and next sip.
