Jeremy Nickel Cellars wines are made with the help of Atelier Melka, led by legendary winemakers Philippe Melka & Maayan Koschitzky, whose team oversees every critical decision in the winemaking process, including picking decisions, vinification and élevage, and the most critical practice: blending.

This golden wine has bright aromatics of peach, orange blossom, pear and a subtle touch of flinty notes. On the palate, it brings a brilliant citrus entry and melon and green apple acidity throughout. Finishing with a balanced creaminess from aging on the less, it has a satisfying long finish.
