Old-style Chablis from the North. Florence and her husband François are 8th generation farmers with eighteen hectares in Villy. Most of their vines are between 60-80-year-old including a tiny slice of the Chablis Premier Cru “Les Fourneaux”, the only Premier Cru to face due South.
