Our Sancerre wines are from our vineyards growing on the steep slopes surrounding the village of Sury-en-vaux. The Pouilly Fumé wines come from the limestone-clay soils of the appellation, in the commune of Saint- Martin-Sur-Nohain. As for the Coteaux du Giennois, they are harvested on the slopes of Saint-Père overlooking the Loire and the town of Cosnesur-Loire.

Philippe Raimbault Les Fossiles Sancerre is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the renowned Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, known for its limestone-rich soils. The vineyard's unique terroir imparts a distinct minerality to the wine, complemented by the cool climate which preserves the grape's natural acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh fruit flavors and crispness.
