Bearing the first name of Elie, paternal grandfather of Olivier and Sophie Sumeire, "Elie Sumeire" rosé comes from the exceptional clay-limestone terroir of the Sainte Victoire Mountain and carries with it all of the winemaking traditions of the Sumeires, in Provence since the 13th century.

Average age of vineyard 30 years. Grenache 60% Cinsault 20% Syrah 20% Yield 50 hl per ha. 

A pale peach color. The nose is citrusy with a touch of fresh mint. A well-balanced palate with notes of peach and apricot with a lively grapefruit finish.
