Bob Hopkins has been farming wine grapes on his family’s ranch off Eastside Road since the 1970s. We have been lucky enough to purchase S.B. from Bob from since 2013. We made this wine from a block of Clone 1 Sauvignon Blanc that was planted in 2016. This was our fourth vintage sourcing from this block and we were able to pick the grapes are moderate brix levels and achieve classic Sauvignon Blanc flavors with low alcohol and great acidity.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOur Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, and floral notes. On the palate the wine enters with juicy acidity and follows with a broad mouthfeel and subtle creaminess.
